For the purposes of this Policy, misuse shall include, but not be limited to, the following actions by a user:.

1. Impersonation – Crafting a phony profile or faking your identity.

 3. asking for cash, presents, or favours by lying or tricking people

 4. Scams & Phishing – Trying to trick people into giving away their personal or money details by lying.

 5. Sharing or posting stuff that's illegal, like porn or defamatory content, is a no-go

 6. lying about your marital status, like saying you're single when you're not, or claiming you're divorced or widowed when you're not.

 7. stalking or spamming – it's like when someone keeps sending you annoying messages or follows you around like they're creeping you out.

 8. spreading hate or unfair treatment towards any group based on their community, caste, religion, gender, or ethnicity.

 9. Child Exploitation – Any interaction with kids that breaks the rules of the POCSO Act, 2012.

 10. Solicitation for Marriage Brokers – Using the platform for paid matchmaking services in violation of platform rules.

 3. Reporting Procedure:

 3.1 How to Report Misuse:

 Members may report suspected misuse via:

• In-App “Report” button on your profile or chat window

• Email: info@winngoomatrimony.com

• Grievance Officer Contact as per Section 8 below.

 3.2 Required Information:

 When reporting misuse, please include:

• Your registered account email.

the link to the person's username or profile who's accused of something

• Date, time, and nature of incident(s).

• Screenshots, chat logs, or any supporting evidence.

 Incomplete reports may delay investigation.

 4. Investigation Process:

 Upon receiving a report:

1. We'll give a shout-out to the complaint within a day

 2. Our compliance crew's will check out the legit of the complaint, you know?

 3. We might need more info from both the person complaining and the one accused

 4. If it turns out someone's been using things wrong, they'll get the boot according to the rules in Section 5 of this Policy. 

5. Actions We May Take:

 Depending on how bad the misuse is, we might 

• Issue a warning to the offending member.

• Suspend the user’s account temporarily.

• Permanently terminate the user’s account without refund.

 6. Protection of Complainant:

We ensure:

keeping the complainant's identity under wraps, unless the law says otherwise

7. False or Malicious Complaints:

 making false, pointless, or mean complaints is a big no-no If it's true, this could lead to some pretty big changes

• Suspension or termination of the complainant’s account.

Possible legal action under the law, like defamation and IPC's misuse rules.
